Need the field for a game? You’ll have full use of the dugouts and can play like the major leaguers.

Want a scenic area for an event, but don’t want to play ball? No problem. Our large, accessible concourses feature expansive grassy areas that are perfect for inflatables, corn hole and open space to run around and play catch. There’s also a kid-sized wiffle ball field located on the first base side.

The multi-level pavilion has a variety of seating, including patio lounge seating on the top level, as well as a mix of bar and regular height seating.

It also features:

• Full bar capability
• First and third levels that are wheelchair accessible
• Restrooms adjacent to the event space
• Scenic backdrop of Phoenix-Goodyear airport
• Private PA system
• 7 Televisions

You’ll find some of the best views of the ballpark and surrounding area from atop the Terrace. It is a private, covered area, located on the third level behind Home Plate. It provides a comfortable atmosphere with open seating for a group size of 40-80 people.

Group tickets for the Terrace include food and nonalcoholic beverages. There is also cash bar service and private restrooms.

Perfect for entertaining clients or hosting a private party, press level luxury suites offer indoor and balcony seating. Suites are available per-game, or half-season or season plan. Each suite includes 15 game tickets, food buffet and nonalcoholic beverages, four parking passes, plasma TV and wait staff for cash bar service or private bartenders are available for an additional fee. When it’s not being used from January through March for Team Shop sales, this indoor space can accommodate up to 100 people. We’ve hosted trainings, company meetings and more in this space, which is conveniently equipped with WiFi.

Goodyear Ballpark has both paved and grass parking lots, which may be rented for a variety of uses, in combination with the ballpark or separately, for events such as:

• Recreational sports leagues
• Car shows
• Food truck events
• Vendor Fair/Trade Shows
• Fun Runs/Walks

The Reds and Guardians Development Complexes, located just south of the ballpark, feature:

• 8 full size baseball fields; 4 at each team complex
• Restroom facilities
• Limited bleacher seating
• Street parking

We’ll handle all of your event needs. Our comprehensive package for all facility rentals may include:

• Catering – our in-house catering and bar services provide a full range of options and are available for any type of event.
• Parking services – our contracted parking company is able to provide parking services for small and large events, with or without a fee to attendees.
• Traffic management – we’re experienced in getting crowds both large and small into and out of the ballpark grounds.
• Public safety – depending on the size of your event, you may need police, fire/medical personnel on site. We’ll coordinate that for you.
• Security – if you’re setting up the day before your big event, you may need overnight security.
• Cleaning services – our event cleaning service is experienced with all types of events, from pre-clean to post-clean and services during your event.
• Ticketing services – we are contracted with  Tickets.com, and can set up a variety of options for selling tickets to your event.
