The Ballpark Division operates and maintains Goodyear Ballpark and Recreational Complex, which includes the main Ballpark, the Cleveland Indians Development Complex and the Cincinnati Reds Development Complex. Responsibilities

The division is responsible for all spring training-related functions including marketing, sponsorships, ticket sales, staffing, volunteers, concessions, player transportation, parking, field maintenance, and in-game entertainment and promotions. During the off-season, the division activates and rents the Ballpark and Recreational Complex fields for a multitude of uses, including city special events, luncheons, tournaments, weddings, concerts, festivals, arts and crafts fairs, and more.
